Trim profiles order procedures include eight steps as follows:

STEP1

Check out product catalog to see if there are any models that suit your interests. Also you can send us your floor trim ideas, drawings or samples, together with color & finish requirements, quantities and packing details. 

STEP2

We will evaluate and make the quotation. If mould quotations are OK we will send you the PI for you to arrange payment.

STEP3

Upon receipt of payment we will arrange customized new molds as soon as possible.

STEP4

When the mould is done we will produce some samples which will be sent to you for confirmation.

STEP5

Once the aluminium trim samples are confirmed, you can send us your Purchasing Order of trim profiles.

STEP6

We will quote according to the aluminium alloy ingot price and exchange rate of the day when receiving your PO. The quotation is valid for one week.

STEP7

When quotation is approved, we will send you PI for you to arrange payment.

STEP8

We will schedule the production according to the delivery date stipulated in the contract upon receipt of your payment.
